The leather on the outside of the bag is in good condition, lower corners look good.  Gold hardware and chain has some color fading. There is a tear on the leather on the upper edge of the bag when you open up the lid. Inside is clean, no odor in the bag. Priced very fairly. Comes with certificate of authenticity.
